Custom reports are made by selecting the Create Custom Report button.
Building the Report
This will then open a new page where you may build your specific report. You will be asked what you want your report to be named and if it is for a Customer, Contact, Enquiry or Task. You will also be asked if it is for you or all the CRM users to use and view.
You will be then asked what elements you wish to appear in the report.
You can then create filters with the given elements or leave blank to show everything.
You will then be asked if you would like to include a graph for the report to be displayed with the table of elements you have chosen.
The report will now be created and will be able to be access at any time on the reports page.
