Box Folder Structure

Choosing your box folder structure is important to keep things tidy in Box.com.

Creating the Folders

To create a folder structure click the Add/Edit/Delete Box Folders button and enter a name and a parent folder before clicking save. When done close the dialog to continue.

Uploading a File

You may choose what folders go where when creating an enquiry, customer or a contact. These will then be a selection when uploading files within an enquiry, customer or contact view.
